ARTICLE IOf Name and Officers

Section 1. This Lodge shall be known by the name of MISAMIS ORIENTAL LODGE of Free and Accepted Mason; and its officers shall consist of a Master, a Senior Warden, a Junior Warden, a Treasurer, a Secretary, a Chaplain, a Marshall, a Senior Deacon, a Junior Deacon, an Almoner, an Auditor, two Stewards, a Tyler, and such other officers as the Lodge may deem proper to appoint.

ARTICLE IIOf Elections and Appointments

Section 1. The Master, the Senior and Junior Wardens, the Treasurer, the Secretary and the Auditor, shall be elected by ballot, in conformity with Article V of the Constitution of the Grand Lodge. The other officers shall be appointed by the Master.

Section 2. No member shall solicit for himself or for any other member of any lodge any elective or appointive office. Nominations shall not be made.
